1. Products & Quality Standards

We are dedicated to providing only authentic, fresh, and superior quality dry fruits, nuts, seeds, pulses, spices, and products directly sourced from reputable farms and suppliers:

• All items are inspected for freshness, hygiene, and proper food-grade packaging.
• Images on our website and rate lists represent our actual stock and offerings. Minor visual differences in natural agricultural produce (such as size or natural shade variations of almonds, cashews, or walnuts) may occur.

2. Wholesale & Retail Pricing

• Wholesale Rates: We offer special wholesale rates on bulk purchases of dry fruits,products, and daily groceries. Wholesale pricing applies to designated minimum order quantities as outlined in our rate card.
• Price Validity: Due to fluctuating seasonal market conditions for agricultural crops and spices, prices are subject to periodic updates. The confirmed price at the moment of order placement will remain binding for that transaction.
• Taxes: All listed prices are competitive and transparent with no hidden overhead charges.

4. Free Home Delivery Policy

• We offer Free Home Delivery across our primary service zones in Delhi NCR.
• There is no compulsory minimum order quantity required to avail of home delivery.
• While we strive for prompt same-day or scheduled delivery, delivery timelines may occasionally vary due to inclement weather, traffic, or peak festival rushes.

5. Payment Terms

We provide multiple flexible, secure payment methods for your convenience:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) upon receiving and inspecting your items.
• Instant UPI payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM) upon delivery or at order confirmation.
• Direct Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS) for high-volume wholesale commercial accounts.

6. Replacements, Returns & Cancellations

• Order Cancellation: You may modify or cancel an order prior to its dispatch by notifying our support line at 7428956343.
• Quality Guarantee: In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged package or an item that fails our freshness guarantee, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Prompt Replacement: We will gladly inspect the concern and provide an immediate product replacement or refund without hassle.

7. Limitation of Liability

Chanakya Dry Fruits shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from unforeseen delivery delays beyond reasonable control (such as regional strikes, severe weather, or supply disruptions).

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi, India.
